Counting stays on your device
AI detection and counting run locally. Your camera frames and counting images are not uploaded to us for processing or model training. Counting works offline.
Saving settings
Automatic saving in app history and automatic saving to your photo library are separate preferences. You can change them in the app settings. Saved images and local app data may be included in backups or photo syncing enabled on your device. Those services follow your device and cloud-account settings.
Usage and diagnostics
The app may send limited usage events and crash or performance diagnostics to help us improve reliability and understand feature use. These are separate from counting images. Counting photos, pill counts, and the contents of your counting records are not included in these analytics events.
When you contact support
Messages and attachments that you deliberately submit to support are transmitted to help us respond. Do not include information you do not want to share. This is separate from the on-device counting workflow.
Purchases and permissions
Apple and Google handle app distribution and purchases under their own policies. Camera access enables live counting; photo permissions allow the image operations you select. Manage permissions in your device settings. Downloading, purchasing, restoring purchases, and contacting support require internet access.
This website
This site does not request camera or photo access and does not upload images. The saving switches are an illustration, not controls for your app. We do not install advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes ordinary request information to deliver and secure the website.

Pill Counter is provided by Hangzhou Knot Network Technology Co., Ltd. To ask about privacy or request help with information you have sent to us, contact support@aipillcounter.com. You can remove locally saved history in the app and manage exported copies in your photo library.
