What to include
Tell us your phone model, iOS or Android version, app version, and what happened. Include the steps that led to the problem and any error message.
Screenshots and attachments
You can attach a screenshot if it helps explain the issue. Remove personal information before sending. Attachments you choose to email are sent to support; the app does not automatically upload counting images.
Purchase questions
Tell us whether you purchased through the App Store or Google Play and which plan you selected. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
